Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to the Kyglaring Ruturn & Rufund policy page, please read the following instructions carefully before returning the product to us. You can also contact our customer service, one of our customer sales representatives will be happy to help you.
Our Return Conditions:
- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the page on our website for a full refund or replacement of the product. (If you want to cancel the order, please be sure to complete it before shipping).
- If your order has been shipped, we will not agree to cancel the order. You can refuse to sign after receiving the package, but please be sure to return the package to us in its original state (unused and unopened). We will refund the price of your product (shipping is borne by you).
Exchange and refund item(s) policy
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" purchased products.
1. If you meet the following conditions, the consumer guarantee does not apply:
- Received what you ordered, but just changed your mind and found that other places are cheaper, and decide whether you don't like the purchased product or not use it.
- Misuse the product in any way that causes problems or malfunctions.
- Received the goods you ordered, but were dissatisfied due to the price difference.
- Assume that the product is a Lego model at the time of purchase.
2. Consumer guarantees apply if you
- If there is any problem (wrong item sent, lost item) due to our fault within 15 days after the order is delivered, it will be eligible for a full refund or a partial refund, and we will provide in this case Support.
- If you did not buy the wrong product, we can refund you the full amount after receiving the returned product, but the shipping cost is borne by the customer. If you do not want to return the goods, the refund will not support this situation.
Exchange and return policy:
- Within 15 days after the order is shipped, if the quality of the product is caused by our reasons, the product can be returned (not artificially damaged after testing), and the case of return and exchange is not supported.
- You can return the goods due to quality problems within two years after the order is delivered. We will repair the goods free of charge. If there is a round-trip freight and customs duties, you will pay. If more than two years, you need to bear the full cost.
- If you suspect that there is a problem with an item in your product, please send us an email: so that we can confirm the detailed information of the failure. Please include your order ID#, product number or product number you wish to return.
- Products damaged in transit must be reported to email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving the goods. We strongly recommend that you do not open the package if it has been damaged in transit.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
