1. Do your light kits include the original LEGO bricks and sets?
No. All products in our store are premium custom LED light kits only. Official LEGO models/blocks are sold separately.
2. How long will my order take to ship?
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days
- Standard worldwide shipping: 7–18 business days
- You will receive a full tracking number once your package is dispatched.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel unpaid orders at any time. For paid unshipped orders, cancellation is available within 24 hours after checkout. Once the package has been shipped, changes & cancellations are no longer available.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We support all major global payment methods including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. All checkout payments are 100% secure and encrypted.

5. Do I need professional electronics experience to install?
None at all! Every kit comes with step-by-step illustrated PDF instructions. No soldering, no complicated skills required — perfect for total beginners.
6. Will the light kit damage my original LEGO bricks?
Absolutely not. Our kits use clip-on, glue-free fully reversible design. They leave zero marks or damage on your original LEGO pieces.
7. What power options are available?
We offer both battery pack (portable) and USB cable (long-term static display) options. You can also upgrade to remote control, flash and sound-reactive modules.
8. What if parts are missing or broken during installation?
Every order comes with extra free spare parts. If you receive defective or missing items, contact us and we will send replacements completely free of charge.

Yes! We ship to almost every country across the globe.
10. What is your return & refund policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return & exchange window starting from the day you receive your package. If items arrive damaged or faulty, we provide full refund or free replacement.
11. How long is your product warranty?
All our light kits come with a 1-year official global warranty. Any non-human quality failure within the warranty period qualifies for free replacement parts and free shipping.

12. How do I make my lights last longer?
Avoid leaving the lights on 24/7 non-stop. Keep them away from direct sunlight, high humidity and extreme heat. Check our Learning Center for our full long-term care guide.
13. Can I take apart and re-install my lights later?
Yes! All wiring and components are fully removable, reusable and can be re-installed on other compatible builds.
